Written in plain language for huelabs. Please have a lawyer familiar with Indian law review it before the site goes live.
What we deliver
huelabs sells digital products and software only, such as brand kits, templates, website themes, UI kits, icons and fonts, plus subscriptions to our Labs tools. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier delays.
Shop orders
- How: once your payment is confirmed, we email you a link to download your files, your licence details and your invoice. The same files appear under My account → Downloads.
- When: usually within 5 minutes of payment. If your bank or our payment provider needs to verify a payment, it can take up to 24 hours.
- Where: to the email address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully.
- Formats: files arrive as ZIP downloads, or as links to duplicate a Figma or Canva file. Each product page lists the formats and the software you need.
Downloading again
Your download links don’t expire. You can download your files again at any time, from the link in your email or from My account, with no limit. If we stop selling a product, you can still download the last version you were entitled to.
Labs software
Labs tools are online services. You get access straight away when you sign up, start a trial or pay for a plan, and your sign-in details are sent by email. Nothing is installed or shipped, unless a tool says otherwise.
Client projects
Work for clients, such as logos, brand files, designs, code and websites, is delivered digitally by shared folder, email, design file or direct deployment, on the timeline set out in your proposal.
International customers
We deliver to customers in India and worldwide in the same way. International orders are paid in US dollars, and delivery is identical.
If something goes wrong
- Haven’t received your email within an hour? Check your spam or promotions folder first.
- Still nothing, or a file won’t download or open? Email us with your order number and we’ll sort it out within 1 working day.
- If we can’t deliver what you paid for, we’ll refund you in full, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
